Why this niche

Most agencies treat Ad Grants the way they treat regular Google Ads — which is the wrong mental model. The grant is governed by Google’s nonprofit policy, has idiosyncratic CTR and structural requirements, and gets quietly suspended when accounts drift out of compliance. YMCAs in particular have shared programmatic surface area (aquatics, day camp, child care, group fitness, membership, donations) which means a focused operator gets to apply the same hard-won playbook across many accounts.

Background

Jeremy is a front-end web developer by trade, with deep Drupal experience and enough familiarity with infrastructure to talk to your sysadmin without slowing them down. The combination of Ad Grants operations and hands-on website work matters: most YMCA grant underperformance is actually a landing-page or site-health problem, not an ads problem.
